The open house on June 7th was the unveiling of the completed Pavilion. We had been working on creating the perfect outdoor space for quite a while and we finally got it just how we wanted it. The outdoor fans were hung and the lights were strung and it was ready to show off. The space serves as a picturesque extension of the Barn thoughtfully designed with an outdoor fireplace and an abundance of space for guests to wine, dine, or dance.
In addition to the completed Pavilion, there was also the introduction of our newest addition to our Rock Creek family of businesses, Heirloom at Rock Creek. The seed of this rental service was planted almost immediately after the Barn itself was created. After years of acquiring items from near and far, we were ready to show you what has bloomed into our still growing rental inventory. A pallet couch complete with throw pillows and a Victorian sofa with matching velvet armchairs were on display for additional seating ideas. Barrels and large wooden spools were used as alternative display options for food or accent tables. Our linens and various decor available for rent were sprinkled throughout the venue completing the look for the evening.
The night wouldn’t have been complete without some food and drinks. Middle of the Island Catering served up a gorgeous fruit and cheese arrangement and some thirst quenching white sangria. While The Peppered Cupcake delivered on a delicious array of desserts. We asked that Jana with Magnolia Photography capture the evening from behind the lens. All of which were just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what these vendors can do.
Thank you to all of our vendors, staff, and clients that came out and made this Open House a lovely event.
