Hello, I’m Lesley! Country gal from Winnabow, North Carolina who absolutely loves family, my little boy Maverick, celebrating, creating and some good ole Southern cooking. I absolutely love my little town and all of the people in it. To me, “Rock Creek” means home and family. Some of my most cherished memories have been made on this road. I wouldn’t give a nickel to have it paved in gold because everything I love is down Rock Creek Road. You may have heard me say this before, but this venue and property is what I like to call “my baby”. The land that The Barn sits on has roots and a lot of family history for me. From a family of farmers, I believe in the importance of the land and what it prospers. Whether it is planted to feed families or to create an experience that one will talk about for generations like we continue to do. The importance to us is continuing what you started. This land lives on and now creates events that live on in many other families lives that will be remembered and talked about for years to come! Making your wedding day and the entire planning process as fun and stress free as possible is my biggest goal! Building lasting relationships with my couples and seeing their big day come together are moments I live for. Every single event gets me so excited because none are ever exactly the same! It has been a dream watching “my baby” grow each year.
