Our hourly Events Includes:

● This package includes our indoor/outdoor barn facility overlooking a picturesque pond on 13 acres of
land
● 2400 square feet of indoor space for your event. This area can easily accommodate 130 guests. 720
square feet of outdoor space under the shelter also can be used for seating.
● Outdoor Pavilion complete with a Stone Fireplace seating up to 200 guests.
● Edison Lighting throughout the patio areas and Pavilion
● (15) 5 ft Round Tables (Linens not included)
● (10) 8 ft Banquet Tables (Linens not included)
● (150) Mahogany Chivari chairs
● (2) 6 ft Banquet Tables for buffet (Linens not included)
● (10) 4 ft Round tables for buffet (Linens not included)
● Handcrafted Rustic bar/Drink station
● Men’s and women’s restrooms
● The use of all indoor/outdoor grounds provides a wonderful backdrop for pictures
● On-site parking

Additional Amenities:

Upstairs Use:

-$250 for access to the upstairs, including the Bridal and Groom’s Suite.  

Golf Cart Shuttle:

-$250 for The Barn at Rock Creek to provide this service. Includes (2) Golf Carts with (2) drivers for your entire event. 

Day of Event Coordinator:

-$100/per hour for The Barn at Rock Creek to provide this service. 

Payment

-We require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit of the rental rate to secure your date along with the rental agreement.

-2nd payment due 30 days prior to the event date.

Bar

-The Barn maintains an ABC permit, therefore all alcohol must be handled and served exclusively by BARC bar staff. We do not allow alcohol brought in by the client.

-Full Cash Bar, Consumption Bar, or Bar Packages are available for your event. 

-$250 bar set-up fee 

-20% Service fee added to the total bar invoice 

-No refunds are issued on bar invoices once they have been paid!

Rentals

-The Barn’s sister company (Heirloom at Rock Creek) has a large collection of rental items available for your special day! 

-Heirloom at Rock Creek only rents to The Barn at Rock Creek events. 

*Vendors/Clients can arrive to set up (2) hours prior to the contracted time.

*If you need additional set up time, you will be charged an hourly rate of $100.

*Vendors/Clients have (1) hour for cleanup after contracted time.

*The Barn at Rock Creek will set up tables and chairs prior to the event.
